Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items

- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials
- Items on sale or clearance
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at StrongMindzLLP@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.
Please note: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 1-3 Business Days of supplier receiving product.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [your email].
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at StrongMindzLLP@gmail.com and send your item to the address we provide.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
